Sister Fiona Simpson heads up the service delivery staff, which comprises nurses, social worker, home based carers and auxiliaries. Each day of the week, this team of 18 caring individuals fans out across all of the suburbs and townships of Knysna & Sedgefield to bring holistic care to patients and their families.

The care is not limited to medical care but extends to Social issues and food parcels for those in dire need. Anne Cretchley heads up the social work projects.

A support staff of 10 provide a range of support services such as administration, catering, donor finance, financial management, managing the shop, housekeeping and many more.
